Created by DUO’s expert cocktail team, the Forbidden Kiss is an exciting new way to toast to your Valentine, featuring all the excitment of a jello-shot with the added class of fine Italian Prosecco. For a cocktail with a bit more punch DUO has crafted The Besame “Kiss Me” cocktail, a sexy and sweet concoction made with Agavero tequila, a well-known aphrodisiac, that will surely make sparks fly. This cocktail combines sweet and tangy fruit flavors with a tequila bite that is sure to awaken the passion within any couple. So this Valentine’s Day take out your fancy glasses, dim the lights, and toast your Valentine with these inspired easy to make cocktails.
Forbidden Kiss -DUO Restaurant & Lounge’s Valentine’s Day Cocktail

- 2oz. Absolut apple orient
- .5oz. Lime juice
- .5oz. Simple syrup
- 2oz. Prosecco
- 2 Gelatin sheets
- Diced Fresh Strawberries
Soften gelatin sheets in ice water. Mix Absolut apple, lime juice and simple syrup and then warm this mixture.In a bowl, mix the gelatin sheets with the warmed Absolut mixture until gelatin is dissolved.Add Prosecco and diced fresh strawberries to the mix.Put mix in a mold and put in refrigerator until gelatin hardens (about 15 minutes). Serve in special shot glass topped with Ginger ale and .5oz drops of either grenadine, Chambord, or apple pucker.
Besame (Kiss Me) – DUO Restaurant & Lounge’s Valentine’s Day Cocktail

- 2 lime wedges
- 5-6 raspberries
- 1 1/2 oz Agavero Tequila (known in Mexico for centuries as a potent aphrodisiac)
- passion fruit juice
- dash of Chambord
Muddle limes and raspberries in a highball glass. Add Agavero. Top off with passion fruit juice. Add a splash of Chambord. Pour this mix into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain back into the highball glass. Garnish with Raspberry sugar covered chocolate swivel stick and edible flower.
