You all know we love our spurious, unofficial holidays here at A History of Drinking, and today is no exception. November 2nd is the day we all can put aside our cares and worries and celebrate the wonder that is…the Cookie Monster!
Cookie Monster Shot
recipe adapted from cocktailmaking.co.uk
- 1/2 oz kahlua
- 1/2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1/2 oz Bacardi 151
Glass: Shot
Garnish: None
layer kahlua first then baileys irish cream then bacardi 151 in a rocks glass, light on fire, blow out, then suck with a straw without stopping.
Cookie Monster “Cocktail”
- 1 oz Blue Hawaiian schnapps
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 2 oz Everclear
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
