Cookie Monster Shot

- 1/2 oz kahlua
- 1/2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1/2 oz Bacardi 151
Glass: Shot
Garnish: None
layer kahlua first then baileys irish cream then bacardi 151 in a rocks glass, light on fire, blow out, then suck with a straw without stopping.
Cookie Monster “Cocktail”
- 1 oz Blue Hawaiian schnapps
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 2 oz Everclear
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
